My Arlen’s always come out super clean. I’ve spilled wine and it comes out. I use an adhesive spray which leaves residue on my carpet. You are the only ones that can clean this

The service reps did a nice job of explaining what they would do and were doing....impressed me as being very committed to their work.
The only disappointment I had did not relate to the work on my carpet but the fact the truck left a very significant oil stain in my driveway. I am sure the technicians were not aware of this.

Professional workmen and great cleaning
Provide your callers exact pricing (or the pricing options) for additional services (such a pet stain removal). Also, indicate to callers that your technicians will be using black lights (for pet stains) so that we can be prepared. We just moved into our hew home and don't have window treatments yet for the room that we were having cleaned. I had to scramble around to try and find blankets to hang up on the wall to cover the windows. Had this information been told to me on the phone (or included in the email confirmation reminder) i would have been prepared more and the technician wouldn't have had to wait.
The technician did a good job. What put a bad taste in my mouth about your company was the hidden fee's. The advertised price for the job was 130.00 for 3 rooms. I only had two rooms done, and my final price 170.00. I also didn't like the not once, but twice threat of a 50.00 cancellation fee. Those two things gave me an overall bad impression of your company. The tech who did the work was the only saving grace to the whole experience.

My carpets are worse than when the technician came. My beige carpets have a grey cast to them and look dirty and stains are now there that were not originally. It is such a horrific job I should not have been charged.
