My upstairs Carpets look new after getting Cleaned!!! Great price and great service!!
Technician could not remove the stains.
When I called to have someone come out again I was told they could not guarantee me a time slot even though the appointment date I requested was two weeks away.
Paint stain didn’t come out and there were some randomly crunchy carpet areas afterwards
I thought they did a great job!! Explained the services they were providing greatly and went over the receipt before I paid.
The cleaners were here on Monday and my carpet is still not dry. There is a residue left behind. When we walk on the carpet into the kitchen there is a residue left on the kitchen floor.
Very disappointed.
Environmentally friendly. Would have gotten a 10, but the price is overly high.
I obviously love how cleans our carpets ended up being! I also really appreciated how Thomas explained the different options to get the best results for our carpets. The overall service was very efficient and again very pleased with the outcome!
Did not like getting upsold for higher price after booking online.
In my loft, I only have 4 very light chairs (one is a wooden rocker). None of them were moved for cleaning. I asked if he would like me to come move them and he said they cleaned around them. I wasn't really happy with that, but I let it go. I only let it go because my carpet is only 6 months old and we don't use that area much. But according to your policy I believe they should have at least pulled the chairs away from the walls and cleaned behind and under them.
Chemical free as I have a baby and cats. Carpets look great! Will definitely schedule another appointment to do other rooms and potentially a couch!

Confirm which rooms need to be cleaned. We thought the attic area was going to be done along with the stairs, but only the stairs were cleaned.

My carpets are older and I really didn’t have much hope that anything could be done for them I have used zerorez before another carpeting in the house and I have never had carpet stay clean as long as zerorez cleans them. My basement carpeting and stairs are a near Miracle In appearance they are so soft and so much brighter they almost look like brand new carpeting I just could not be more pleased

The tech who showed up were very nice and explained the process thoroughly. They did their best to make sure everything looked great. When finished the carpet looked fantastic and wasn’t crusty like other companies I’ve used in the past. Well dine!
Love the service and the product and how well it cleaned my carpets. Now the furniture cleaning was just okay and way over priced for what I received, but overall happy and would recommend to a friend.
