The service was very professional and everything was explained in detail. My carpet looked great after the cleaning, all the dirt and spots were gone, the nap looked fluffier and no lingering Oder.

Thomas was professional, punctual and courteous and did great job explaining the products to my husband (who hadn’t made the appointment) so that we could make a more educated decision on what we wanted done on what floors. The product itself had a slight citrus scent (reminded me of Tang) and didn’t give me a headache, like so many cleaning products do. Plus it dried very quickly. Our carpets look and smell much better! Thank you!
Carpet stays clean longer after your visit compared to other services.
Very happy with the results. Cleaned the carpet well and removed several stains. However it took about 30 hours to really dry. After 8 hours walked on carpet with clean sox and they were soaked quickly. Otherwise we are very happy with the results. We still have not received a paid receipt via email. Would appreciate one. Technician was personable and thoroughly cleaned the carpet. All major spots were removed. Will wait to see if the worst one in the hallway (fabric softener) comes back, but not the fault of Zerorez if it does.

It took out all the stains and got rid of all the pet odors.
-The technician arrived roughly 1.5 hours after the designated time window (10a-12p). I received a call from a customer service person letting me know the technician would arrive closer to noon than 10, but still in the window. He instead arrived around 130p.
-I was not home at the time of service, but I provided my mother in law's phone number and was twice assured that the technician would call her 15 minutes prior to arrival, she was not called.
-The technician told my MIL that the carpets would not be dry for 8 hours, but they were still saturated at midnight, with having windows open and fans pointed at the carpet
-When the carpets were first done and still wet, they smelled citrus-y and refreshing. Within a few hours, the refreshing citrus smell was gone and replaced with a horrible smell that was not present prior to the cleaning. I can only explain it as wet dog smell, but that doesn't do it justice.
I will say that the carpet did look better after cleaning than it did before, and my MIL said the technician was friendly.
It just smelled and looked super clean - not overly wet, or any chemical smell in the house.
My experience was very good. I was called about 30 min before my appt. Your person was very professional, did a fabulous job.
Prompt, professional service...carpets always get so much cleaner than I expect and the house smells great.
Friendly polite technician. Wore shoe booties in house. Moved some furniture put plastice squares under legs. Very meticulous, sprayed spot remover on heavy stains. He was done in an hour. It was magic. 25 year old carpet. Looked brand new

The machine that the techs used on the hardwood was a total flop. I called the people that made Rejuvinate and they said to use Windex and a plastic scrub pad. I did this and the hardwood looks great. I also spent two days cleaning the Hardwood.The guys also tried to clean a spot on the carpet and it didn't work. We are going to use another company. Sorry it was a bust. We are not angry but we will not be using your service again.

The technician and the service reps have all been very courteous. My property was treated with respect as was I. The work was excellent and the carpets were truly clean when he left. I will use Zerorez again in the future!
When I scheduled, no one told me that the furniture would not be moved. With all other agencies they have put plastic under the furniture so there would be no stains but they moved furniture to clean under. Plus the stain from our plant did not come out after you guys treated.

I had by bedrooms and hallway cleaned by Matt this past Thursday. Matt explained the product and the procedure very well. He was very personable and helpful.
Today is Saturday and my carpets look almost brand new from the professional cleaning ( my carpets are 18 years old and champagne color). I am quite satisfied both with the new technology and Matt who cleaned the carpets.
