Carpet did not appear any cleaner than before. Other cleaning companies were able to clean heavy traffic areas. Apparently your process does not. Worst job we've ever had. Won't be back and will be sure to let friends know our experience.

You did such a good job last year, we went with Zerorez again this year, and added the kitchen floor as well. Scott was very personable and got right to work and was finished in good time. We were so pleased, I told him that I would request him specifically next year. Great job at a good price.

I just bought a house and had the carpets cleaned. They were stained and nasty and Zerorez made them like new.

We were very pleased. He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, wore shoe covers (which he removed when he had to go outside and put back on when he returned), and had us check his work as he went along. He was very thorough and professional.

I wanted to give the technicial a tip but there wasn’t a way to put it on the card. You need to change this. My tech, Andy, was fabulous. Carpets look brand new. I feel he was cheated.
