the technician showed up on time, and called with plenty of time to let me know he was on his way. He was friendly and polite and explained everything he was going to do. he quoted 45 minutes to 1 hour, and was done in just under 30! Incredible service, and my couch looks wonderful. I will absolutely be using this service again. My only regret is not asking the technician his name again, he did introduce himself but I forgot it. Has a lot of tattoos though, so if you get a technician with hand tattoos, just know you're getting prompt, incredible service!
Two bathroom tile floors cleaned and sealed. Did not clean corners , looks bad . Have pictures
The technician arrived on time and did a great job. This is the third year we have used Zerorez. We are very happy with this company and will continue to use them.
Cleans really well without the harsh chemicals. Carpets can be immediately walked on and fully dry in about 8 hours. No strong odor… it actually smells good, fresh and clean. Child and pet friendly as well.

No recommendations at this time
The pet treatment description could be more comprehensive. Knowing it was only a small square would have led me to shop around for a more economical option. Spending well over $500 and still having pet stains and odor was not what I was seeking.
Just didn’t do what I expected. I get that my carpet is a little older and I have pets, but I got a better result from renting a rug doctor at Lowes. Certainly not the result I expected from a $900 service. On a positive note, the tech was wonderful and explained what he was doing and why and did what he could to make the service more economical.

Always on time. Carpet looks good. The technician works hard to spot clean areas. Friendly. Explains what they are doing. I keep coming back every 6 months. Excellent service.
