I’ve had service from Precision a number of times now, and I’ve yet to have a negative experience in any way. We’ve run into a couple of hiccups, I’ve had a starter replaced which then failed somewhat rapidly - and then its replacement failed, again somewhat rapidly. What’s makes this a great review instead of a poor one, is that both times Precision made it right and provided warranty as well as fast service.
The first time around I was over on mileage, but they waived labor and I paid parts cost. The second time, I was well within the terms and they covered both labor and parts - upgrading the failed starter with an OE part since it appears there may be some issues with the “normal” replacements.
These folks have always been friendly, prompt, professional, and honorable. I would, and do, recommend this shop to anyone who’ll listen. They have a dedicated customer here, and it’s because of the way they operate. I can’t say enough about how satisfied I am with Precision, they’ve done right by me every step of the way and I’ll return for the long-term.
They’ve never pushed work on me, but they will let me know about any issues or preventative maintenance that should be done. If you’re looking for a mechanic with fair prices, fast service, and good intentions look no further.

As usual the team at Precision was extremely helpful, friendly, informative, quick and thorough. I had been going to a competitor for a while that was closer to where I l live and after my last visit I’d had enough. Unlike Precision it was not a pleasant experience and felt like a hassle, and the staff always had bad attitudes and didn’t seem to know what they were talking about. Now that I’ve been back and remembered how good of an experience it is at Precision, I’m back to stay.
