I have been a long standing customer at Precision. The customer service is always EXCELLENT! I took my car in recently for an oil change at 5pm and the minute I walked in the door... they had my account pulled up and was ready to serve my car. That is what I call great customer service!
My skid cover came loose and was dragging the pavement. I stopped in Precision Tune for the first time. I told the desk attendant what I needed and she instantly looked under my car and saw the problem.
Within 30 minutes, my car was ready to drive .
The cost was minimal, the service people were friendly and courteous. I will be returning when needed.
