It was such a cool experience! I’ve never had the opportunity to do both a sauna & a polar plunge before. I loved the ammentied they had to offer including the eucalyptus towel and the tv, with the water and all!! Definitely bringing more people to do this.

I loved EVERYTHING! From the friendly front desk staff, to the fancy/flavored drinking water, to the dyson air wrap bar in the end. Every detail was thoughtful and appreciated. Will definitely be returning!

The check in was very easy and the staff was very nice and friendly. The sauna room was also very clean and comfortable. The only one thing was getting in and out of the cold plunge tub was extremely dangerous. There were numerous times that me and my guest tripped and almost fell and hit our head getting out of the tub.
What I liked about the experience is that the benefits of having a cold plunge , sauna and shower all in one room is very convenient and comfortable .
