Everything but the price! Automatic fills are good. Drivers are good. Customer support is good. And I appreciate a price based on usage and a tad lower than last year. This may in fact be a fair and reasonable price - but as with many of us these days, money is tight.

I very much liked that Rachel called as soon has she was aware through their survey that I was unhappy. She corrected what I've tried to correct through various phone calls to the company and gave me her contact number in the remote event that the problem was not resolved. (This she did in a separate email when she realized that I was speaking with her on my drive home from school.) In addition, she volunteered information that I hadn't known, ensuring that should I be incapacitated and unable to interact with Downeast, that a relative named on my account could do that for me. Rachel was a pleasure to work with.
