Whenever we have had a problem the Brunswick team have answered our questions and helped to solve the problem. They are always pleasant and professional when they deliver the oil.
When you have auto delivery and yout website shows me 19%,, I still find out a ticket to refill hasn't put in, so I must call, kind of defeats auto delivery.

Automatic Delivery and budget payment plans
Our solar array is wonderful, and the new power wall has worked perfectly so far during several short outages. It will be interesting to see how the system works if we have a multi day outage. All of the representatives, installers, etc. who have worked with us have been great.
Downeast Energy was very responsive when we had an issue with our furnace. They delivered propane and services the furnace within hours after I called.
Had a date to drop off our propane tanks and they came earlier than schedule (thank you Jeff!) Great Customer Service which is sadly lacking these days. Very knowledgeable and goes beyond and above to assist the Customer with their needs. We are grateful and thanks for being there.

I am not in Maine except during the summer. You deliver my fuel as needed and there has never been a problem.
The people and their extra effort to give good service. Like today the service tech made sure the tank problem was fixed and called to let me know the job was complete and my furnace was up and running.
