I have had good relationship with Brunswick Coal & Lumber. Somehow I did not get the memo that it had been purchased by DownEast Energy and that they merged with My Superior. I received my invoice for delivered propane but it didn't include the fact that I had a credit of $195.19 and that I didn't owe $248.30 but the actual figure is $53.11. I also didn't see anything about how much the propane cost was per gallon. These are my observances, please take note.

I still think you should submit an engineering change request to whomever does the coding. I cannot see how it would be difficult to warn a customer that they are close to being hit with the minimum charge if their tank is low enough to be refilled.
