My order was processed, shipped and delivered promptly. Only thing missing in your website is how to return an item. I have been trying to call Trek to ask about returning my product, but there is no that picks up the phone.
Online items were shipped quickly and without cost. The in-store pickup items were set aside for me for easy retrieval. I also like having the ability to return any items for refund/credit, if I need to. But everything fit properly, so I'm good.
