Dealing with Trek online services has been terrific, their customer service is second to none.

It was a Trek Red Barn Refresh and they 100% stood behind their product and the 30 day return policy.

I like your stores and the people who work in them. I really enjoy visiting, looking at the bikes, the clothes, and the gear. I also enjoy chatting about bikes and biking with the staff and other customers. I like the fact that Trek covers everything from shoes to jerseys and bikes and most other equipment. I like the Trek slogan: Ride Bikes, Have Fun, Feel Good.
Yes, I am a pretty big fan. I still think you need a store in downtown Philly. I loved the one at 20th and Chestnut. I can understand why you closed it, but I think you need to come back much bigger.
Btw, your only competitor from my perspective is Cadence, and they are really great. They don't offer nearly as much but they provide a lot of support for the local riding community, their mechanics are good, and we need a second supplier of high end bike stuff.

While I have had a good experience at other Trek stores, especially the one in West Lake Village, CA, I find the Mandeville, LA store exemplary in their customer service.
