I was able to order the bike to arrive at the local Trek store where they inspected and assembled it for me. I received an update on my order when it arrived at the store and an update when they discovered that a part would need to be replaced. They kept me posted on the progress and I just picked up my brand new bike yesterday! I was helped by Aaron at the store and he walked me through the features, gave me some advice for riding, and even helped me to secure my new bike to my car carrier. He was super helpful and offered that if I run into any trouble to just reach out. I am so excited to go riding and I feel like I'm in great hands if any issues arise. Thank you!

Every interaction with Trek has been great! The team at my local store in Coppell is the best. They are so helpful and knowledgeable, and they take great care of my bikes.
it was a good experience overall. We ordered 2 bikes from red barn refresh.( 2 separate orders) both bikes had small scratches but we were ok with that. They arrived in large boxes and required a little assembly. The shipping process could be more organized. We had to sign for our delivery but we weren't given an option when it was arriving and we were all at work that day.
the 2 nd bike delivery came on a semi and the dispatcher and driver both called to make sure they could turn around in our subdivision. I have no experience with a semi so all I could tell them was full sized school buses turn around.
Both bikes had issues with the locking mechanism (e bikes) and we had to take both bikes to a local wheel and sprocket to get fixed. If the bikes were really inspected prior to reselling, then that should have been fixed prior to mailing them out.
Ryan at the Folsom Trek bike shop was great. Provided a lot of help and support on a couple of changes I wanted to make (11-36 Cassette, +7 deg stem) and general fitting. This Domane SL6 Gen4 is very comfortable to ride yet very capable. 105 group set is more than adequate for my needs and Di2 makes the going easier. Big improvement over my previous 10+ year old Dura Ace cruiser.
As a senior rider I'm now also looking at adding a Domane+ SLR6 to enable more difficult climbing group rides with the younger guys.

I have the Navigator 2.0 and it has been a great bike. Prairie Path is my dealer and they are the best.
