Easy to find parts and gear, order was shipped timely. The shop it was delivered to could not find the order. Three people spent 15 minutes trying to find it but eventually found it.

Easy to find things
I like that it was an easy process to order the Electra Townie Go S as an early Christmas gift for my wife. It was delivered early to the Oberlin Bike Shop and they were fast with getting it assembled and tuned. They even took the time to instruct my wife about all the features and functions. I feel like I purchased a quality e-bike for my wife that she’ll get to enjoy for a long time.
The bikes at top end are well built and highly functional.

Very user friendly and organized
It was not without its bumps — I was actually sent the wrong order. But Richard worked really quickly to give me clear instructions on what to do with the package I had received, and expedited my gear to me. It could have been a frustrating experience, but I appreciated the personal engagement and work to do everything in your power to correct a mistake. It's helpful to remember that a company is made of people, and that people will always make mistakes. It's what you do after the mistake that matters — and you all did everything in a way that made me feel like I was seen, and that you were doing everything you could to correct the issue.
I've had a great experience with Trek overall, having ridden the Trek Madone since 2005. My recent order was a minor purchase, but in many ways, those are the ones that really count as a customer. The order was made and filled and shipped in a timely manner. I try to buy directly from companies or from smaller shops with a reputable online presence. Thanks for being a company that listens (and asks)— even as one of the bigger ones. In the future, when I buy a new bike, Trek will be top of mind because of the way you operate. J
