Well, I did order the wrong part by accident, but luckily, the shop I had it shipped to to get it installed had the correct one in stock!!!! They installed the new in frame computer transmitter, calibrated it at no charge. bonus!!!

The Rapha jersey I ordered was too small. I took it back to my locl Trek store and they ordered a replacement in the next larger size. The staff at Trek Alamo sre great. They really get customer service.

While we were frustrated with many accessories being only available in store, purchasing the bike was easy, we chose to assemble it ourselves. The instructions were clear and easy to follow and the e-bike we purchased for my mom is fun to ride and had me seriously considering something similar for myself.

The Trek online process was easy to use when I made my purchase for a trek riding jersey. I opt for the pick up in store, I am fortunate I have 3 Trek stores all within 10 to 15 miles from me. I always pick the ship to store, this allows me to browse the store when I pickup my item.

The sale prices were great. I bought 4 hoodies for Christmas gifts, and they were less expensive than Champion. High quality and stylish.

Knowledgeable, responsive but I can’t say same about your stores. Coppell store has been dragging its feet to raise a warranty for repeated issue with seat wedge which causes it to drop. They have tried carbon for increased friction, over tightening beyond 7nm specs which I don’t agree with.
