Plenty of individual work out spaces, equipment clean and always plentiful. Love the shower rooms in the family locker room as I am a senior and it takes me a bit to get all my necessities done!! I love the Monday and Friday Thrive classes. Victoria is amazing!!

The employees are friendly and helpful. The facilities are really nice. The classes are great, too. The instructor, Emily, is a great teacher who is good at giving alternatives for poses she is teaching and want everybody to feel able to take her classes. People who have advanced yoga practices can feel challenged and those with not-so-advanced practices have something to do, too.
