The people and the Thrive classes.
I am very disappointed to hear that the seniors may have to pay for their Thrive outings. That may stop me from attending them and I go to most of them now through NW and Taylor. I probably will not attend the Thrive Olympics this year since we have to pay $15, when we never had to pay for it before.
The staff are great! Charlie and Mike at the front desk are funny and helpful. The staff upstairs are keeping the equipment clean. The equipment is in good condition and the music is good.

So far I had a good experience. Just would love to have classes that start at 4 pm because early jobs require to go to bed earlier.
I love the NWCY. The pool being heated throughout the winter is great, everyone is nice and the gym is well maintained. My only suggestion is that the locker room/sauna age is lowered to 15. That is what it is at the other gyms I have been to in the triangle.

It offers so many amenities, such as childcare while working out, different types of workout classes and at many different times, a gym, sauna, steam room. Affordable sports all year round for the kids, camp and the staff are top notch
