It is always a great experience. There is plenty of locker space, sauna, great workout floor and basketball courts. The people are very nice. The trainers/ coaches in the group classes are awesome. There is also yoga.

Very much appreciate the pool is open year round and heated. I swim a lot and if it wasn’t open in winter months I’d probably join LifeTime. So, thanks for keeping pool open year round
I love the group fitness classes. I especially love the BodyCombat (taught by Jon, Robin and Julia) and the CardioStrength (taught by Ellen). These classes build true community and create a great workout environment.
