Professional staff, variety of classes at convenient times, clean facility. Very comfortable environment - I don't have to be lean and put together to go workout, as you might at other "luxury facilities."

Very much appreciate the pool is open year round and heated. I swim a lot and if it wasn’t open in winter months I’d probably join LifeTime. So, thanks for keeping pool open year round

What do you like about your Northwest Cary YMCA - Membership experience?

I love the group fitness classes. I especially love the BodyCombat (taught by Jon, Robin and Julia) and the CardioStrength (taught by Ellen). These classes build true community and create a great workout environment.
