Coach Nacho makes this a great program. He has made a name for the YMCA swim program. He is missed when he is not there on Saturdays.
Actual activities for the kids. There literally are none in this program. Also they make registration extremely difficult making them huge procrastinators
The staff made my 5 year old granddaughter very comfortable.

More training on equipment
My husband and I enjoy going to the Y to exercise in your fitness room and to take classes like Tai chi and Qigong. The Y facility is kept very clean and is a welcoming facility.
All the staff is very courteous and knowledgeable.
The pool and gym

The team members are welcoming. I hadn't gone in a few months but as soon as I entered the front door, Donna, at the front desk, looked up and said "Welcome back, First name removed". How refreshing! She is an asset to the Trumbull Y. She then gave me information that I needed for my husband, and informed me about the introduction the the gym and the various gym options.
When I previously attended, all the class instructors were welcoming and truly cared about us and our goals for each class.

The weight room needs upgraded dumbbells.
You need to fix childcare times to better align with high demand classes for parents. It’s created bottlenecks and severely impacted value to families with young children
