We don’t know who maintains the whiteboard at the entrance, but every day we are presented with a verse that blesses, a joke that tickles, and a saying that makes us think. Kudos to the person that is behind this idea, and well-done to the person that adds their happy penmanship to greet us when we walk through the Ys front doors.

They are getting my children more comfortable with water and swimming. Lessons are also helping my kids more confidence in doing "hard" things.
It's a way to meet new people, and time to bond with my son.

Swim Lesson @ The YMCA with Mr. John has been my daughters favorite time of the week. Not only does he teach my child with grace he continues to work with her through every leap of swimming Mr. John is our FAV

We were in swimming lessons there a couple of years ago, and we left because the instructors were not good. I'm so glad this has been fixed.
Don’t prefer the group lessons, private lessons are amazing for young kids
This Y has everything I need to stay active.
Pool, weight room, bikes, walking track, sauna.
Doesn’t get better than that.
The swim lessons are very high quality, the instructors are great, and the groups of a size that my child gets plenty of individual attention. I also like that they don’t just advance my child to the next level if he’s not ready. They will repeat levels until they mastered the skills, and I respect that.
Small class sizes with instructors who make things fun. My kids (4&6) both loved it.
Tucker did a great job lifeguarding. I felt very safe knowing that he was keeping an eye on my kids while we were in the water
