Everyone at Haselwood Family YMCA is friendly, from staff to those who we meet while we’re there for our morning workouts. We appreciate the cleanliness in all parts of the facility. We always tell our friends about the YMCA. We definitely recommend!

Swimming
Everything, Friendly employees, clean, equipment in good condition.
Friendly staff, it opens early, I am an early riser and a senior, I can come early, (6AM) work out and am done early to finish my day. I have made many new friends who also come early. I wish they had early morning water aerobics classes like they did before the pandemic.
The Haselwood Family YMCA is truly a gem in our community. I absolutely love this facility—not just for the great equipment and programs, but for the incredible sense of community it fosters. Whether I’m there for a workout, dropping off the kids for an activity, or just connecting with familiar faces, it always feels welcoming and uplifting. The staff are kind and helpful, and the environment strikes a perfect balance between motivating and family-friendly. Grateful to have a place like this right in our backyard!

Open concept of gym floor
I LOVE THE Y! I am a senior (70 yoa) and I enjoy the pool. I would like to see a group exercise for seniors on the weight machines. A circuit of 5 machines that is gentle. I think the machines intimidate seniors, but a group circuit would be a blast.
I like the Sr Fitness Combo class and Chair Yoga. Having my PT at the Y is a bonus.
We are grateful the Y let us use the Community Room for the American Sewing Guild -- Loose Threads group once a month .. It"s a great room.

I like the camaraderie, the indoor track and the various machines available for strength training.
Great atmosphere, the staff is friendly and helpful. Plenty of room I never feel crowded. Child watch staff is caring and attentive. Clean. Enjoyable experience all around!
