All. As I commented in a previous survey, I find Haselwood to be a model facility, both with respect to staffing and courtesy, and maintenance of the physical space.
Wonderful staff, clean facility and a broad range of classes.
Connecting with members of our community in a positive way, focusing on health and well-being including mind, body and spirit. Reading the Bible verse of the day when I enter the building sets the tone for my visit and helps me focus on spreading joy to the staff and other members of the YMCA. I consider it a privilege to belong to this wonderful facility.
Facility is very clean, equipment is kept in god working order and the staff is courteous and encouraging.

The social gathering in the coffee room and the games we play there. I love walking the inside track also.I appreciate the dedicated group who put on the monthly food events like the birthday cakes and the potlucks.

The staff is exceptionally kind and friendly. I like the diversity. There are kids, old people, and people who are physically challenged. Most of all the equipment and classes are varied so I never get bored. I love this gym.

We love our pool workouts. Night classes work out the best for us. Love the upstairs track and all the equipment.

Different classes with different levels, nice people from staff and members, facility cleanliness, helping less fortunate people/ kids to avail programs at the Y.
It is a great place to come for exercising and what is also important is all the others that are there at the same time. I feel like it’s my family!

I love the pool! The Lazy River is great for reproducing a hard workout without the stress of the weight machines. Give arthritic joints, I need to maintain muscle strength without hurting joints so walking, doing lunges, leg exercises against the current are great at keep muscle mass. I do other upper body exercises in the middle exercise area, as well as more lunges and "Monster" walk for my hips. I also use the deep end for deeper water exercises and the stairs into the deep end for stretches.
I also love the gym, so many different machines, I hardly ever have to wait for one. I use the low impact recumbent cycle for a warm up, and then use a number of machines for my legs, core and upper body. Often if I come at a busy time there are not enough bikes available, so more would be great. I like the track for walking but currently that hurts the hip too much.
The staff is wonderful!! Always helpful, kind and patient. If you want to feel good about humanity, coming to the Y can give you a great feeling and even hope in our crazy times.
Excellent amenities and a super clean facility. I came from Crunch fitness and have been super impressed with the friendly and professional staff.
The facility is always clean and well maintained.
