The staff at the front desk are always spot on friendly, professional, helpful, kind, polite. It is nice to be acknowledged when you walk in to the Y and then again when you walk out.

Variety of activities
Facilities are always clean and usually not crowded. Good mid=morning classes now, especially Stephani's Wednesday class.
only complaint is so many lockers are broken.

The community, classes, sauna, hot tub, pool, weight-lifting equipment, and cleanliness are all exceptionally good. Thankful for the support in health, physically, mentally, and spiritually.
I love how the people at the front desk greet me with a smile. When I leave, they say"Have a great day" It makes the experience feel familiar, like your friends who care about you. I love all the different exercise programs they have and it is all included in your monthly membership. I am on Medicare now and I just found out that my insurance plan covers my monthly fee. So, it is a double win for me, as my income is now limited and I don't have to think about not being able to be a member due to financial difficulties. I think the social atmosphere for us older folks is a huge plus as well. Good job YMCA!
The variety of classes and machines to use.
I like the availability of the equipment and space. The people who work there are so friendly and I feel that they really care about the customers. When an accident occurs they are well trained to assist until EMS arrives.

Very pleased so far.
The large faciility has lots of different workout stations and is always clean and orderly. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It has lots of exercise classes throughout the day so I can workout with a variety of routines. We have not tried the water or pool yet, but look forward to that and bringing our grandkids this summer.
I had my first Kickoff Trainer session and it was very helpful. And I get two more follow up with my membership.
