The customer service
The YMCA offers such an abundance amount of physical and learning activities for children. I personally like the variety of workout equipment for adults. I also like that there is a variety of group classes at different levels for adults. All the coaches, instructors, and staff that I have met there have been so nice, friendly, and very helpful. I don’t usually write reviews, but I can honestly say that I never imagined that I would feel so comfortable. The YMCA is so much more than I expected.
The facility is always clean and well maintained. The equipment is up to date and in good condition. The layout allows for different opportunities to workout even during busy hours

Outstanding Services
My family and I absolutely love this YMCA, we come here six days a week. The facility is amazing, and we cannot live without the child watch. Absolutely incredible staff, phenomenal talent, and my kids love the teachers.
The classes are amazing too, so much fun, and quite a variety!
I enjoy the Senior fitness classes being held at reasonable times. That said, I understand the need to offer programs for the children during the summer, but to change the times for the Senior classes to a much earlier time in the morning does not work for me, and I'm sure for many other seniors. If that does happen, I will not be attending those classes.
Regarding the Senior fitness classes held in the gym, I suggest that the background music be turned down so us seniors will be able to hear the instructor as she goes through her routine.
During the year I have enjoyed taking classes for seniors.

We LOVE our Y! The classes and facility are wonderful! The employees are friendly and helpful. How lucky we are to have the Haselwood Y in Silverdale!
