Would be nice to fix shower heads in women's locker rooms in Silverdale, Wa. The leak all over the place and spray out over tops. Have leaked for a very long time. Time to clean the chrome in the pool area. dirty!!!

Membership is covered by insurance for us seniors. Lots of equipment to use. Staff can be very helpful.
Proximity (I'm two miles away), availability (you're open on days and hours that meet my schedule), and personnel (always cheerful and helpful).
I like walking the track and using the weights. I do wish it was easier to find things on the web page.

Swimming Pool and Showers
Buy a scrubber off Amazon for the end of a drill and use Softscrub to clean the drains in the women's changing room. Also, frequent hairballs and grossness in the long drain in the women's shower.
THE STAFF IS FANTASTIC.
Great purple shirt pool supervisor -- tall with a pony tail and reddish brown hair.
Also, do something about the lewd music lyrics at times. Giving the lifeguards free range on volume and non-family friendly music needs work.

First, I am a charter member. Then worked, part time, at Hasselwood for about 11 years.
So, I love the place! It is friendly, clean, and with lots of good equipment and great swim pools.
It’s a little expensive but I know what the electric bill is😳 so it’s worth it‼️😊

I like that you guys have adaptive programs. Having a special needs child you don’t have alot of opportunities for your kid to be in a class to learn valuable skills or have fun. Compared to other YMCA. The lifeguards are always super nice and understanding of my son. And the swim teachers are accommodating to my son’s needs. He isn’t the easiest student but they are patient with him.
