I work with Personal Trainer Helen Steiger two times a week. Often we work on the 2nd floor in the area that used to be for stretching. The areas extremely hot. The windows need to have shades and circulating fans on the walls. It would make the area much more comfortable to work out.

I am really really hoping the wipes that are now by the elliptical and rowing machines will not be the norm... the scent is unbelievably strong and unbearable. I immediately had to throw them away, wash my hands and find alternative wipes to use on the machine I had just used. Please keep the wipes y'all have always used!
This is feedback specifically for the swim instructors at Haselwood on Tuesday evenings. Most of the young male swim instructors are goofing off with each other, splashing each other, and talking. It is very disconcerting as a parent to be sitting here and know that the swim instructors are distracted and not giving the kids 100% of their attention. If they're going to mess around and not stay on task then they shouldn't be in the pool at all.
Name removed love classes, the dance classes, the fight classes and cardio/ strength classes. The staff is friendly. 9 of 10. Name removed dont like a basket/ shelf in the men’s shower that’s been busted for at least 2 weeks. It’s an accident and lawsuit waiting to happen. Art classes and cooking classes for adults would be awesome.

Please give Randi more spin classes! She is so amazing every time she subs for one of the Tue/Thurs 9:30 class.
Also, consider getting unscented soap for the bathrooms. A large number of people are allergic. Spreading germs by not being able to wash hands is a big concern.

I took Adult swim lessons with Cindy. I felt very comfortable from the get go. She was accepting of each individual level and taught from that point.
I appreciated her style of teaching.
My only suggestion is having a second instructor when levels are so different. We had Sierra as a sub and she was trained someone. They were also both great. It felt more equal and beneficial with 2 instructors.
My children have taken 2 swim lessons and they have both loved it. Their instructor was also patient and made the class fun for them.

The instructor was very interactive and kind to the kids.
Always positive friendly staff ready to hear from the parent even if they only have a minute of time. They are amazing with the kids and you can tell they really care about the safety of them.
The classes are a good size. All the instructors are patient and kind with little ones. And there is gentle introduction to avoid water fear.

I always feel comfortable coming in, whether it's busy or not, everyone is there to get their movement in and leave. I appreciate this! I've had a really fun time in the adult hip-hop dance classes! Plan to continue taking them for as long as you offer them!
