Well, the first order of photos we ordered - OrderID: VGPhone number removed8 came back with a flaw and I sent 6 emails and only one response to those emails and still not correcting them. I made a phone call and talked to someone in late December or early January and when I talked to the lady she said that y’all would send out those corrections and We never saw them!!! The first order we spent TOTAL: $283.90

Hoping that the problem would be corrected the same photos spending another $51.85 Guess What? It was still not corrected and it’s been over a year ago!!! So, at this point I feel like y’all really don’t care to correct this problem and I’ve cried over this because he is my only child and he won’t get another graduation and I can’t share the photos with family or friends because it looks like he had a cavity with a filling put in and He’s Never Had a Cavity in His Life! After doing all the Retouching and the Extensive Retouching and no one saw that Flaw to correct it. I have been very patient with y’all and what a disappointment this whole experience has been. Y’all just swindled $335.75 out of us!!!

Magnet colors looked very faded. I emailed the company requesting replacement and have not received a reply. I would like photo magnets reprinted.
I never received the photos I ordered. I tried to call the 1-800 number to talk to someone and no one ever answered. I paid $45 for three photos I never received. This company price gouges people for photographs. I am recommending that the university not use this company again. I would like a representative get in contact with me for a refund or to send the photographs I ordered.
