My Email To Customer Service: I received my graduation photos and disappointed does not begin to explain how I feel about them. Can you explain what happened around my hairline during I assume your editing process? These photos are unacceptable and I paid $28.85 for two 5x7’s. At this point, I would like a refund-I do not want any replacements. I will be more than happy to return these photos if you can provide a shipping label for the return. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.
Customer Service Response: Good Morning, I apologize for your frustration, unfortunately we do not pay for returns. That is up to you to send it back at your choice of carrier. As soon as we receive the prints back in our facility we will gladly issue a refund. Sorry for any inconvenience
The printed quality was not up to the quality of my last batch of grad pictures from a different company. They were way over priced and didn’t even come cut (wallets). Plus the background is slightly blurry and pearl background is way shinier than it should be. My last batch came cut, with nice rounded corners. I have no way to cut these without ruining them with uneven borders! For almost 50$, the wallets need to be CUT for the customer or the fact that they are not cut needs to be advertised. You could make it right with a refund, but based on the customer service emails I’ve already received, taking no accountability or caring at all, I doubt that will happen somehow. The response to my email? “Your comment has been noted”. Wow.

The pricing of the plans are too high. Of course we bought them but $200 for just a few pics is rediculous
When the first photo I rec'd had come out wrong, due to my choice of font and placement of font, the girl on the phone whom I spoke with helped me in a very courteous and understanding way. She fixed the problem and I promptly rec'd the corrected photo. I do have to say though your self service website was the reason for the error. Adjusting the font color and location did not show the finished product- so my daughter's photo had writing on her neck and robe in two different colors. There was no way to preview my changes. The magnet and mug are great. All of good quality and the customer service was a pleasant relief!
I have tried to contact you because my pictures were delivered smudged. I want them to be replaced as I’ve paid good money for them, but I have yet to get any response!
We had a great experience ordering and receiving pictures on time and great quality.
The photo came completely bent and is unusable. Waste of money.
Make sure that the graduates tassels are properly placed.
The graduation in Seattle was amazing. The band that played before the ceremony was incredible. It was so nice to see that the military was recognized. I was very impressed with the whole process and ceremony. Well done.
I had questions before I ordered but could not get anyone to respond. I decided to take a chance and the pic I got did not have the retouching I had paid for. Then, after contacting you again several times, I got a retouched photo but it isn’t the one I wanted! I was then told I’d have to order again to get the one I wanted but that’s what I tried to do in the first place!!! I wrote back expressing my frustration and your server rejected it - three times!!! Said it was spam.
I got an email today with another pic on it but it still is not the one I wanted!!!
I am very frustrated.
I never received the download that I paid for and had a difficult time contacting you.
I would not recommend your service to others.

The pictures were awesome, there was several pictures to choose from, and the customer service was excellent.
Very clear and vibrant colored prints! I liked the several different poses and backgrounds. I wished there was a sample selection allowed for all copies of the photos in a separate package.

Prompt service after I ordered pictures out of state
My pictures were bent. I have received my disc. I am about to file a dispute.
Photos were very expensive for the quality. I was placed in front of a green screen, and a shoddy selection was done for my portrait, with green tinting on my hair from the background.
I wanted my photos retouched and stray hairs removed off my hunsband’s forehead and it looks like nothing was done to the photos in terms of retouching.
Very annoyed for the price we paid!
