The photos are CRAZY expensive and weren’t even good quality!! I’m not even in focus in one of them and I couldn’t tell until I bought it because of how low res they are on the site with all the words in front of the preview. Also why do they come in packs of 1, 3, or 6?? Who buys like that? What a terrible cash grab and disappointing way to end the school year.

Our pictures are not good. Whatever that pearl thing on them looks absolutely hideous. My daughter is a beautiful girl. And the photo itself is good, however the print quality is terrible. We may not put them up at her grad party.

Your company didn't use a dedicated photo location, taped off square for students to stand in with flags in the background. Our school photos were snapped as they walked down the stairs with other kids in the background. In our district alone, we have three high schools. Ours was the only high school that did not use this more professional background.
The coloring of the photo is terrible - the color of my daughter's face is almost identical to the background. It did not look that way on the proofs online. Also, I ordered and paid for photo magnets, but I never received them.
I ordered photos plus a plaque. I received the photos but not the plaque. I have had no communication about the status of the plaque, despite it being paid for in advance.
The photos were quickly posted just in time for her graduation party. Graduation Foto also captured photos of my daughter with some of her friends and classmates.

Also, the names scrolling in the background should be blurred or a backdrop should be used. It's weird to have the graduate standing with other people's names in the background.
Very professional looking graduation photo
The pics were great, but the digital only cost is absolutely crazy high at $50. It's unfortunate as your staff are the only ones with access to pics on the ceremony floor, so the buyer has no other option. If you knocked the digital price down to $20 per pic, you'd probably double your sales.
