One of the pictures I wanted needed cropping and then retouching. When I received the picture, it was very fuzzy. I realize there are limitations on retouching. I wish someone had notified me that the picture as requested would not turn out right. I was open to suggestions. A smaller picture would be ok or less cropping. But the product I received was not acceptable.
On of our images was blurry for for a lot of money. I asked to revise it and heard nothing back. Our other image was good.
I’m still missing my magnet. I sent a message weeks ago with no response.
I did not like the pearlized finish that i paid extra for. I sent an email asking if I could return the pearlized prints in exchange for standard finish. I was not requesting any money back. I have not heard back from you. I like the photo with the standard finish but am very disappointed with the others but do not want to spend addition money for more photos. Sad that my photos from my sons Doctoral graduation are so bad.
Pricing is ridiculous. You all are taking advantage of families who have to pay so much for their kids to go to college. It’s not affordable for everyone to be able to get pics of their kids.
One should not have to pay extra in order to remove ceiling lights, cables, etc. Professional pictures should not have those things in them.

The photos were polished and very professional and they took GREAT shots capturing the best angles as well. I was very pleased.

I didn’t receive part of my order and can’t get anyone to respond to me.
The delivery person left the item on my porch when it was raining and the photos were ruined. We spent a lot of money on these photos and it wasn’t right. We should receive a new package of photos because of that. So disappointed!!
Any help you can provide on this would be greatly appreciated. I would have reached out about this but we have been out of the country.

The picture was completely washed out and was uncomplimentary. I’d really like a refund because we won’t be framing, posting or distributing these photos.
Great pictures and pricing is reasonable
By letting us know that we will be waiting weeks after our pictures come for things like magnets and such in which l am still waiting on. .🤔🤔🤔 therefore we shouldn't be charged until the merchandise is on it way .thank you .the congratulations was may 30 it is now the 8th of July.
