The lighting and angles of many of the photos were not flattering at all. For the cost of the photos, and the importance of the event, I have much higher expectations for the quality. The school also had student photographers and their pictures were much better in quality and clarity. The cost to purchase these photos was also extremely disappointing. Nearly $70 for a poorly shot download was ridiculous.
Prices are TOO high for what you get and the quality was terrible.
Way too expensive for a photo of literally yourself
I paid around 200 something for photos from the graduation. However there are marks on all the pictures in the background that don’t belong.
I think your prices going up after a certain date is ridiculous! They should be the same price no matter what!
I think the photos could be of higher quality. They asked if I wanted them touched up but couldn’t tell if they needed them or not till they were printed out. A little more detail to how the graduate was posing would have been nice as well. We were missing one person in our family that had to use the restroom so it would have been nice if we knew ahead of time to be prepared. That person happened to be the graduates Grandpa.
The prints and magnet we ordered were very nice and the price was good, but we missed the lower prices by a day.

I didn't realize the photo is digital and a faux frame background. Price was expensive for such low quality item.
I didn’t receive my photos. I have called. Left a message and still did not receive my download photos or directions on how to obtain them.
My daughter had 2 pictures taken and my son had 4 -different pictures. I would just suggest more picture options than the 2 for my daugther
It was really hard to see what the enhancements would have looked like.
I would love to give better feedback if someone would just respond to my email and answer my question about the photo we bought. I've sent two emails which the first one was probably sent to the wrong place but the second one was to the helpdesk.
I called to speak to somebody about my digital download. The phone was never answered. I left a message and never received a call back.
They didn’t use a backdrop so the photo does not look professional then they charged ALOT for the pictures
Never received our photos. I called repeatedly only to a voice mail. I reported to BBB. This is disgraceful to do a fraudulent thing like this. I’ll notified my school as well.
Still haven’t received my whole order
It’s been weeks and I have not received my photos. I also have not received a reply to my email stating that. Hopefully the photos arrive soon, but as of right now I am disappointed.
I purchased the package where I received the plaque with the grad photo, the four magnets, wallet size and then the glass 5 x 7 the glass 5 x 7 picture is completely awful washed out no color. It just looks really bad and I do absolutely want to return it.
Clearly there were a lot of students, but the photos looked rushed and not much to choose from for my student, so the amount for the photo seems a bit pricey. Photographers were in odd spots to capture many of the students.
Your prices are costly. Especially after parents helping their son/daughter with their Senior year costs (Senior photos, sports, events/recognitions, invitations, open house prep which is very costly). Your company makes it difficult to buy a package deal. We purchased a couple 5x7 and the cost was ridiculous. I’m positive so many couldn’t afford your prices.
