Great shots, quality prints & fast service
I purchased two magnet pictures of my daughters group of friends, and we never received them. They came separately when I first called to speak to someone they said that they would come separately than the other pictures. However, we still have not received those. I have left a message and I hope to hear back and to be compensated in someway if they are lost.
Other than the posed photos, the others are in motion and only see one persons face.
The cost was high without the picture frame

The photos are great but the prices are far too high. It feels like extortion. Such a special day with no other opportunity for self photography means you are left with no options to have photos without paying an incredibly high price.

Too expensive
I feel the prices are way too high. $50 for one digital image? There are 200 kids at graduation. If every kid could afford one image that’s $10,000. I have a four year college degree and it takes me months to earn $10,000. Picture quality was great! I do appreciate your service but feel bad for the kids who can’t afford it
The PRICE. A bit expensive! It limited how many family members get one! And was very annoyed that the wallet size photos didn’t come CUT .
Only have 3 photos and they are not that good to be professional. Terrible customer service sent multiple emails with no response and the rep said we get 500 emails an hour still haven’t gotten my whole

The photos just weren’t great because the subject’s were rushed thru.
My order is incomplete and whenever I’ve called the office has been closed.
The photos were outrageous in price. No small packages and no photo option smaller than a 5x7. Would be great to have a standard size 4x6 option. Too expensive to pay $60 for digital download per picture because you want to print out 1 4x6 photo. Sorry but need more affordable pricing and better packages.
Picture isn't very good quality. I paid for retouching and it doesn't look like anything was done. Disappointed.

There isn't an issue, it's just who was taking the grad photos. Therefore, there was no choice in the matter. As a result, I wouldn't have the option to recommend you to others.
Quality was great and the price was high, but that's typical for your industry.
The prices were a bit high.
The day of graduation one of the photographers went through three cameras. Not sure why all three didn't work for her. They were having difficulty and instead of pausing for a moment they stopped taking pictures. A senior mom who is also a professional photographer with professional grade camera came down from the bleachers to help out and they were not very kind to her. Also your photos are very overpriced. Thank you.
Too many emails. Too expensive.
The pictures were beautiful. I bought one of each photo. I would’ve appreciated a cheaper option for the digital version - you know everyone is just going to make their own cheaper copies right? I could be wrong but it sounds more cost effective for you to just charge $10-$15 for each individual digital instead of a print and we could get our photos quicker and you wouldn’t have to print or ship. Your print quality is nicer of course but let’s be honest most people share photos digitally. Good luck to you!
