Julia was so helpful finding rehab facilities that were on my Mom's insurance and in a completely different area from where my mom lives, it was close to me which was so convenient for me. She also walked me through the understanding of assisted living facilities, and what spend down means prior to Medicaid. She put me at ease by making a very stressful situation more tolerable. This is a great resource for Individuals and families that are not educated in elder care.

Cindy Levin helped me to find the appropriate and reasonably priced assisted living home for my Mom within one week after leaving the hospital. It was a difficult situation for us providing 24 hour care in our home which was not equipped properly for her care. We looked at two places and Magothy Gardens Assisted Living was able to provide a room for her. She has settled in comfortably. I really appreciate the efforts made by Care Patrol (Cindy) on my mother's behalf.
I worked with Amy Herrick and CarePatrol to find a new place for my father. She was very professional, caring, and so helpful. She guided me and supported my father through the whole transition. She even picked my dad up for a tour then went through the McDonald’s drive-thru for him afterwards. So thoughtful! Tiffani is an expert at what she does for families! She worked according to our timeline. She was extremely prompt in responding to any questions! Her word was golden. Everything she said was absolutely accurate! Once we made our choice, she stood by my side while signing the paperwork and offered to help me with our Long Term Health Care Insurance policy. She visited my mother the day after she moved in and followed up with me approximately week later and offered more advice. I highly recommend Tiffani to anyone who is looking for a Assisted Living or Memory Care facilty for their loved one. She is the BEST!!

While visiting different group homes I was happy to know Michelle knew all the right questions to ask and also how to explain something I didn't understand. I felt confident in making a decision since Michelle was there helping.

Holly was great at helping us find a place for our dad. She was so compassionate and caring. This was a very hard decision for us and Holly helped to make us feel like we were finding the best place for him.
I liked the knowledge and the care that Danielle took with my family. She made sure to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. She was really understanding and patient and was with me every step of the way. This was a hard decision and even though I changed my mind a couple of times, Danielle was always just a phone call away. I also liked how she met me at the places and toured them with me. I feel less stressed and more free than I have in a couple of years. I don’t know what I would have done without Care Patrol.

Steven was outstanding..we had no idea where to begin and he led us through the entire process step by step. He really cares about what the family is going through and finding the ideal fit for their needs. He even arranged tours ( and accompanied us) to facilities outside his territory and made it effortless. He offered his expertise when asked but was not at all aggressive or pushy. He made you feel that his only agenda was your family’s success at finding the right place. Can’t recommend enough.
