Using CarePatrol of Fayetteville was absolutely the best decision we made to place my sister and brother-in-law. We live in Florida and didn’t know the Fayetteville memory care / Assisted living facilities. Casey is extremely compassionate and worked endlessly to place both of them. She got to know both of them and was instrumental in talking to us regarding the pros and cons of each facility. We absolutely could not have done this without Casey’s wisdom, knowledge and patience through the entire process!
I was very impressed from the very beginning the prompt response I received when I called and left a message with care patrol. Eric Sailor couldn’t have been more helpful! He put many concerns that I had to rest and was there to answer any questions every step of the way. Eric took the time to return every phone call and/or email and was very helpful in helping my sister understand the process and helped to relieve the stress she was feeling. I would highly recommend care patrol to any family who is searching for the proper place for their loved one!
Sammie was great about keeping in touch and following up with questions we had. She had good relationship with facility leaders which made us feel comfortable when dealing with them. Basically I was aware of what the next step would be, but really needed help in getting there! Thalmus helped guide me to what to do first & he set up the meetings with each assisted living so I could get the ball rolling with how the process worked. I was saddened by this process of having to do this for my husband & Thalmus was tuned into that as well.

I appreciated the efficiency and effort of Casey Adams in helping me through the different stages of resettling my friend. She was great in communicating with me and sharing where she was in each stage. She was also caring and realized the trauma I was experiencing in relocating my friend. She was well organized and kept me informed of what was completed and what needed to be completed. Plus she had resources available and checked after my friend had moved in to see that everything was all right.
Casey was tireless in her effort and availability. I truly appreciate all of her assistance.

I was referred to them by my mom’s hospice team when she received an involuntary discharge notice with 30 days to relocate. Based on an initial phone discussion, CarePatrol canvassed all the available options that met our care level, price range, and geographic proximity criteria, presenting us with two great options. We visited two days later—and Mom moved into a wonderful LTC-licensed residential home the next week.
