Without the help of CarePatrol, I don't know how we could have found an Assisted Living facility, toured them, reviewed all the details, made a decision furnished her room and moved my Mom tt her new location all in one week!! Audrey was super helpful, responsive and caring.

Melanie Lockerby has been absolutely phenomenal. I can't say enough good things about her. I was feeling so overwhelmed trying to find care and services to support my mother who has Alzheimer's. I had started working with A Place For Mom, and they were also wonderful, but I live out of state from my parents and Melanie provided the hands-on assistance I desperately needed. We’re very grateful that we were connected to Dad's memory care facility through Care Patrol. From our very first conversations, we felt supported and confident that the place we chose would be the right place for this next chapter. It was incredibly helpful to go through a curated list of potential homes that had already been vetted and met our budget and our care requirements instead of starting from Google scratch search list. We also really appreciated that it was no cost to the family.
While this is a difficult stage of Dad’s journey, we feel reassured knowing he is in a community that will help us navigate his continued dementia progression with care, compassion, and professionalism.

Mike Link was amazing!!!!!! He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I was so clueless, but he guided me and did ALL the work because I had never done this before. He's very easy to talk and I have only known him for a short time, but I feel like he's family. We were able to find the perfect home for my mom and she's very happy!!! He was with me every step of the way and I could not thank him enough. You can tell that he loves his job. Thank you Mike! Love you!!!
i really felt heard when it came to the requests I shared. The process was swift but impactful. The flexibility and patience in making sure ALL of my questions and concerns were addressed. The coordination of care and location selection was phenomenal. The location selected is amazing. I feel so comfortable with my loved one staying in the home and I can see the care she is receiving has really made a difference in her experience.
