Steve K. has been an invaluable leader in finding a memory-care facility for my mom. We were a bit unprepared for moving Mom to memory care from home due to a scary, unexpected medical event and hospital stay. But from the moment Steve reached out to help us, we felt a great sense of relief. Steve moved quickly to find the right option for Mom's circumstances and abilities, provided us with the information we needed to feel confident in our selected facility, and even accompanied me to meet with facility staff (AND helped me ask all the right questions since I'd been running on minimal sleep for a week+).

Steve also followed up regularly as Mom was admitted and started settling in at the facility, asking how both she and I were doing during the transition and sharing supportive messages cheering us on. He's friendly, caring, and knowledgeable about the area's facility and resources, and local families are fortunate to have him and CarePatrol for their senior-care needs.

Leslie was a God send. She listened to our concerns, asked helpful questions to determine what we were looking for and what dad and mom needed. Then she set up an appointment to tour a facility that she felt was what dad and mom were looking for. Dad and mom loved it! We only needed to tour one place saving us time and the challenge of decision making. Leslie also was able to give us advice in other areas having to do with care for aging adults. We are grateful for her willingness to walk alongside our family during this difficult time of transition.

I cannot imagine finding the community that was perfect for my 92-year-old mother without care patrol. Bruce was so helpful and narrowed it down to six choices for us based on an interview with me together information about what would make my mom happy uncomfortable.
