She was by our side as we toured facilities and helped us to make a final decision with which we’ve been very happy and satisfied. Her empathetic attitude and compassion when following up on our concerns is so helpful and appreciated. They were efficient and effective. They listened to the needs I expressed and made recommendations appropriately. They then followed up in accompanying visitations to various facilities.

She listened to the information I shared about them in a separate conversation and tailored our options to the points I made during our talk.
