I recommend CarePatrol for a variety of reasons. Making a decision to place a loved one in a care facility is difficult--very, very difficult. They checked in with me for literally years during my husband's declines and plateaus; they were never pushy or impatient. They are interested in you finding the best match for your loved on and the facility. There are a lot of choices out there, but they narrow it down based on your input so that you can make the best decision possible. It is then up to you to visit, talk, ask questions of the different places you chose to visit to select what is needed.
CarePatrol went above and beyond for us, even to the point of connecting me with a care provider out-of-state when we had to attend a family wedding. Having an aide at the wedding was instrumental in taking care of my husband's needs plus allowing me to enjoy the wedding as well--peace of mind all the way around.
Cindy listened to our needs and came up with options that fit. She also helped talk me through difficult decisions so that we could stay focused on goals rather than getting sidetracked on less relevant issues.
Our advocate, Darlene Schneider was wonderful!!! She was knowledgeable and helpful in every step of the process. We could not have done it without her. We had just lost my dad and needed to find a place for my mom to live. Darlene was caring and understood the pain we were going through.

When no one in the Pensacola Health system would listen, CarePatrol did. They helped me get mom into a behavioral health facility to get a true diagnosis.
Greatly Expedited the discovery process for finding a place. Provided lots of information we might not thought about asking. Eliminated ahead of time facilities that were unsuitable either for care types offered or were not a good financial fit. Marta our “tour guide” was discreet, efficient, and encouraged us along the way, also providing an apt summary after each facility visited. Would encourage everyone to utilize this service!
My family used CarePatrol for both my parents, my dad suffered a stroke and my mom had Alzheimer’s. We were very overwhelmed and really didn’t know how to manager the senior care industry. Megan Bokath was our lifeline, she basically helped us with everything, finding a facility that we could afford, gave us advice, followed up with additional care that was needed and so much more. I would highly recommend CarePatrol, we couldn’t have figured it out on our own, they are awesome!!!!!
I could not have navigated the process of selecting an assisted living home for my mother without the help of my Senior Advisor, Misty Small. She began working with me and my family in February 2025. From our first meeting, Misty was knowledgeable, patient and compassionate with everyone involved. She made sure she met my mom and got to know her and her personality before recommending and scheduling the first meeting with an assisted living facility. Misty set up no less than 10 of these walk-throughs with 9 different communities. Prior to these meetings, we'd get emailed PDFs of each property. Each had details on the amenities, dining and pricing - plus pictures and a description.. Misty went over each with us carefully and then worked diligently to get the meetings scheduled around my busy work schedule. She had color printouts in a folder of the communities at the meetings. She was incredibly thorough. Misty also gave us information and contacts for the Medicaid process - even though my mom didn't qualify, I wouldn't have known where to start without Misty. In addition, she was the liaison between the assisted living community and me. She made sure both sides had the paperwork necessary to get accepted. It took my family and I several long months to make the decision to put my mom in assisted living. That only happened after I walked into the perfect place for my mom in August of 2025. I cannot thank Misty or CarePatrol enough for the white glove treatment my family received. We were all treated with dignity, respect and kindness from beginning to move in. She still texts me and asks how my mom is doing? This review is well overdue and I apologize for that. If you have a loved one that needs to go to Independent living, Assisted living or Memory Care, do not hesitate to call CarePatrol. There is never a charge for their services either. Misty Small was a Godsend to me and my family. I highly recommend her and CarePatrol.
