You did just fine helping me with all my needs. The ONLY complaint I would have is that, since I have finished using you services, I have received roughly 5 survey requests. I have filled them each out and you've gotten (and continue to get RAVE reviews on your services .... But if you don't stop asking me to fill out reviews over and over, I will be changing my rating.
Gina & Allie both responded to my needs & gave help when I needed it. Both ladies were polite, considerate & friendly. Allie has been a Godsend, in helping with the placement of a loved one in a facility. Which would have been a very difficult situation. I would highly recommend Care Patrol.
They were great communicators who did an outstanding job helping us find a new home for my mom. After she was placed, they checked back to make sure that all went smoothly, showing great compassion for our situation.

Mike was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He got back to us in a timely manner and is very knowledgeable about the process of moving your loved ones into an Assisted Living facility. He was emphatic and kind.
Care Patrol was a lifesaver! The State of Florida has different rules for Seniors on Medicine. Moved my Mom from Fairhope. Al to Cantonment, Fla. I definitely recommend them to help with Family.

Where do I start? From the very beginning, Care Patrol has helped me even when I didn't realize I needed help. They helped me to find the necessary resources and even went as far as to check on my loved ones to make sure they were safe and cared for. The most important part of my relationship with the Care Patrol is that they helped me to ensure my loved one was in the right place when she was near the end of her journey. She didn't needlessly suffer, and neither did I. Care Patrol is a blessing that I will cherish. Thank you for everything you have done.

The representative who worked with me was especially helpful in providing options in a variety of areas in the city, a variety of types of communities ( group homes, assisted living , etc) at a variety of price points per month. Pictures were provided of specific places & rooms available, with lists of types of care provided & amenities included in the monthly price. We shared many text messages & my questions were answered quickly & thoroughly.

Tiffani was more than amazing! She listened and assessed our needs for my Dad, then found the correct level of care required. Several choices were given, but her suggestion of Autumn Leaves was the perfect fit. The timeline was more than efficient. Tiffani worked with the care facility for a seamless transition from rehab to Dad’s new home. We are very grateful for her help and support during this life change.

If it weren’t for Ruthie and her help, I don’t know what I would have done. Silver Cross hospital was awful !! My father went off the rails so to speak with an acute mental break from his dementia/Alzheimers and the hospital wanted to kick him out and threatened me with abandonment if I didn’t get him, after they said they were holding him for a psych evaluation for 3-5 days because he tested positive for Covid ! It was on the morning of day 3! She jumped in and got him a placement at a facility that would be better suited for his needs. I did have a placement at another facility, however from what had occurred she found a place that could handle his needs. My mother was recuperating from a broken hip and then I needed her help with another in home care company, who she recommended and they got on it right away. Navigating this situation on my own was not possible and if not for her and her help, I don’t know what I would have done. She was a life saver! She also contacted me to see how I was doing after getting him placed. Getting my dad in a facility was one of the most difficult decisions I had to make, but for the safety of himself and my mom, it was the best decision. I would highly recommend their services, it’s a confusing and difficult time and they made it so much better!
Liliana with CarePatrol was wonderful and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs help with an aging or ill parent. She helped us every step of the way to get my mother what she needed after she fell and broke her femur. This is not an easy process and I was so glad to have Liliana as a wonderful resource to cover all the bases. Liliana helped check in with my mother and her care, while in the rehabilitation center. She supplied resources to the family in order to transition her home with Mobile doctors and home healthcare. Everyone needs a Liliana with CarePatrol to get the best care for your aging or ill loved one.
Markie did a great job. We started our journey before the holidays and were thinking we had months. Things changed and we needed to find something soon. Markie was in contact during the holidays and got us in contact with a great place. All done over the phone. She came bye with flowers for my Mom on Move-in day and we finally met in person. She helped me break away for a moment. Markie is Wonderful

Care Patrol was there for me during a very difficult time in my life. I learned about them from the VA and they helped me navigate life changes with my father, an elderly veteran. Some very kind ladies at Care Patrol (Darlene and Johnsie) treated me like family and helped me every step of the way. Because of the kindness of these strangers, my father is now in a safe place and “happy as can be” as he says.

Allie's assistance while my brother and I were looking for care for my mother was invaluable. We ultimately went with the first facility that she suggested, so her judgement was spot-on! With her help we were able to find a facility that was bright, cheerful, and friendly and managed to stay within our budget.
I cannot praise CarePatrol enough - without their help the process would have felt extremely overwhelming.
Soon after the contact, Holly following up. She asked about our preferences for placement as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, our first choice didn't work, so she arranged another visit to another facility. We ended up going back to one of the first Memory Care facilities we visited.
The move in went well with the cooperation of the staff. However, my husband has had a difficult time with the transition. It was a hard first week. To be expected, given his level of dementia.
Holly has following up a couple of times since the move. It has been helpful to understand that this transition is not an easy time for either the individual or the spouse.
