I had a good experience with CarePatrol. Very knowledgeable about the area. The staff was always able to communicate with me. Recommended many places and finally choose a place that will be accepting of mom and her conditions. Saves many hours of looking, they did it all for me. Worked with our needs and found a solution. Great assistance in navigating a difficult situation
Finding a care center for a loved one is difficult. With few exceptions, when you visit a center, you get almost identical info. You can move a loved one, but that is another set of pain and confusion you don't want to face. It is really helpful to have CarePatrol give you guidance. Some of it is that they have observed different centers many times and get a reliable view of who does it well and who doesn't. They also have frequent contact with centers and know when a center have an opening.
Thank you for the great service we received from Caressa. My mother was able to get into a nice assisted living facility that is nearby my home within a week after being connected to Care Patrol. I have nothing but great things to say about you to everyone and have already recommended you to several neighbors in my retirement community in case they are ever in need of the service.

Lara was my angel sent to make the crooked oath straight. I was a mess when I first spoke with her and she assured me she could help. The way she took matters into her hands left me feeling I had reached the right person to help me and my Dad. I was not wrong. Her confidence and knowledge was all I needed to remove the anxiety and chaos I was feeling . Thanking God for her every single day as my Dad is happy with his new home and the Elizabeth house made the transition seamlessly.
