Ryan Buck was very knowledgeable. It was a Weds and we had to discharge mom to memory care - although my sisters identified one place, I wanted to consider other options.
Ryan spoke with 5 of 6 siblings on Thursday. That very day, gave us 2 options, lined us up with the nurse doing an assessment that day to see if my mom could go there, and lined up tours with us for Friday. Long story short we liked the place and were able to discharge mom there on Monday.
This was a very quick need and Ryan delivered. We really like the option he gave us and I consider it 10 times better than the other option we were considering.

We had a great experience with CarePatrol. Erika and Lauren were fantastic to work with. They helped us find a facility for my Mom by gathering information for four facilities that they knew had space, scheduled a meeting at the facilities and attended each walk-through. They would check with us to determine if we had any additional questions once we decided on a facility and even after my Mom moved in. Would highly recommend them.
The complete ease of going through the process of placing a loved one in memory care, when you have zero knowledge of how it all works. It is such a sad and emotional time for family with a loved one with Dementia, CarePatrol took care of us like we were family.

Already said in a Google review. Erica was amazing. My brother and I had to quickly find a place for my dad. Erica had tours scheduled the next day. Erica also told us about others options available to aging parents. We got dad placed and Erica even followed up with us to see how he was doing. I would recommend this service to anyone who has to move an aging parent!!!!

We worked with Jenn Smith to find a memory care residence for my brother. Jenn acted quickly and set up visits to several facilities in the Holland MI area that met our criteria. Jenn was always professional and pleasant when assisting us. We found a place for my brother and it would not have happened as quickly or smoothly without Jenn’s. I’m from Illinois and I flew down because my mom was just diagnosed with an aggressive cancer. She had been in and out of hospitals and rehab five times in less than a month.Gigi was calming, patient and able to redirect me while I was unfocussed due to the stress I was under. Such a great talent!
Due to miscommunication between my mom's prior rehab and the hospital, she was essentially going to be homeless without full time nursing care. She helped to get my mom into a rehab that day and she was able to quickly set up tours of assisted living facilities. We ultimately chose one she recommended and my mom is happy there.
Gigi was personable, kind, and VERY knowledgeable about the healthcare and assisted living system in Florida. It is different than Illinois and had no idea how everything worked.
