The best part has to be that I felt as though I had an at-my-disposal advocate helping me best research my concerns about just which community would be best for our elder parent's needs.
My father was in an assisted living facility for two years. We recently learned that he needed to transition to a facility that provided memory care. A friend of ours connected us with Darlene. She was truly an answer to prayer. She guided us through the process and helped us find the right place at a cost my father could afford. It would be hard to overstate how much we appreciated her help.
We worked directly with Gigi. She was unbelievably helpful to us. We can't stress enough how much she eased the processed and was great with my mother in dealing with her.
Eric was very responsive, available, knowledgeable and supportive. He was direct with his information. The experience, from the start, was a huge benefit to my family. It took a lot of stress out of the picture, and also contributed an efficiency that was invaluable in the midst of handling many other things at once. I just moved my family member into a residential placement yesterday, so it's early in that process, and I'm optimistic based on what I've seen thus far. But the Care Patrol contributions that led to this point were terrific.

I was reluctant at first to use a "placement agency". Out of desperation I reached out to CarePatrol when my mother with dementia needed placement right away. I am so glad I did! Bethany was so wonderful to work with. Having her there with me as we toured some options helped bring peace and security to a difficult situation. I loved that there was no pressure to choose something I wasn't comfortable with. Obviously, this is more than a "job" to her but a passion. I have used them twice now to help find suitable Assisted Living facilities for my Dad. They were kind and compassionate, understanding the importance of finding the perfect environment for him. They listened and never put pressure on us. They check in randomly throughout the year to make sure things are going well.
Allie Spangler was instrumental in guiding us to the most appropriate place for my dad. She was able to navigate the facilities and recommend a place where my dad would be safe, well cared for, and receive the necessary therapies and medical support he needs. She was thorough and compassionate about our requests.

Absolutely EVERYTHING! Lisa and Caressa were amazing!!! I was lost and inexperienced in the assisted living arena. Being my first experience and looking for my favorite person in the world (my mom)- I knew I needed help. They scheduled several tours for me to help make my decision. They felt more like my mom’s advocate and family while touring with me. They asked questions on my mom’s behalf that I didn’t even think of. At times, they were my voice of reason when I struggled making a decision. They gave personal input and I valued that. My mom is now in a wonderful facility and I owe much of that to the ladies at Care Patrol. What a blessing! And I highly recommend them!!!
