At first I thought that I didn’t need any help because it should be easy to pick a place for my husband …. Wrong!! It was much harder than I thought. At first it was the realization that my husband had to go to a memory care unit in an assisted living facility. It overwhelming for me. Then I met with Holly and she was so sweet and kind. She pointed out the positive points on each place that we looked at. She shared her time without any hesitation… .we were under pressure because we were told that he would be discharged in just a few days. She visited the rehab facility in person and talked with us, It made it all so much easier for me and I’m very happy with our choice.
My experience was excellent. Carlos was very efficient, quick and he provided me with an excellent placement for my husband. We are now at Flora House and we are very pleased.
Madalyn was very responsive at all times. She found a place for my wife close to our home. No fault of her’s, it did not work out. She immediately found a new location, still close to home. This was done over the Thanksgiving holidays. We are extremely satisfied with the new lication. Couldn’t be happier!

Tyler has been awesome!! He first help me find an assisted living place for my 90 year old father.
Then he helped me connect my Aunt to some one from the CarePatrol in Green Bay so my Aunt could find a place for my uncle. Unfortunately, my Uncle passed away in the hospital before they had a chance to fine anything. Most recently Tyler was able to help me and my son find a place for my little brother (60 years old with a TBI) in a short amount of time. He is very personable and easy to work with he wants to help you find the best placement for your loved one.

Care Patrol for the last year has been a great resource to my family, even though my mom was resistant. Recently, we needed additional resources and fast. Ashtyn, was our guardian angel and helped so much. We couldn’t have moved mom so fast with out her guidance. I would recommend Care Patrol to anyone that needs it.

Finding help for your loved one with dementia is difficult and I received conflicting information about what steps I needed to take. I really appreciate it that Jen with CarePatrol was able to do all the legwork for us and make the process so much easier.

The advice and care that my family received from CarePatrol, especially Suze Mueller, was simply excellent. She guided us through the process, made herself available whenever we needed her and was expert about the steps necessary to place Mom and Dad in a good community.
