I loved that they considered my mom's needs and what we could afford, then selected places for me to tour. They contacted these places, made appointments for the tours and met me at each place to tour with me. They were knowledgeable about each facility we toured. I was not alone in my search and this made me more comfortable. They were very understanding, and listened to my fears and concerns. I could not be any happier with the place we selected and the best part is my mom is very happy, has made friends and is having a wonderful time! CarePatrol also put me in touch with someone at the VA to help us complete the paperwork for Aid and Attendance. Overall, CarePatrol made this very stressful experience easier and helped me realize I was making the right decisions for my mom.
Nickie worked very hard to help me find placement for my mother in an assisted living facility. She visited all facilities herself to insure they met her standards before we visited them together. They wanted to know about my Mother before they started working on recommendations. They visited her in the rehab facility as well. They listened to me and my sisters when we talked about what was important to us and to my Mother. Our Care Patrol consultant went with us on tours of Assisted Living Facilities and offered helpful advice as we looked at them. Lisa at CarePatrol was efficient and knowledgeable in helping us navigate the landscape of finding assisted living for our family member. We found them through the Door County ADRC newsletter. We generally do deep research for such important decisions, but were faced with limited time and extreme urgency. Lisa was able to bring us up to speed quickly and arrange interviews and pricing with potential care facilities and comparative tools to help us understand differences in the options. She has a deep understanding of the market and connections with facilities that resulted in a much less stressful process for our whole family. We never felt pressured to make any decisions, and CarePatrol's role was to continue to find options within our budget and needs. We went from panic of needing to instantly navigate the whole assisted living landscape to secure housing in 2 weeks. Why would you tackle such a monumental task on your own when this type of expertise is available at no cost to you? I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

They were patient with me and checked in with me to see if I needed anything. When I was ready to look for an assisted living place Jason was extremely helpful and caring. He sent me places to look over and then scheduled tours and came with me. He was there if I had questions, concerns, or just needed someone to bounce my thoughts off of. He even went so far as to meet up with me and my dad when I took my dad too visit the facility I had chosen.
Having people knowledgeable about senior care walk me through the process. I was under a short deadline with no real experience and CarePatrol gave me the tools needed to make informed decisions.
