I had a bike delivered and assembled at the Fort Worth location. Shout out to the staff for taking the time to show me the details on my new gravel bike, including electric shifting charge ports and other features! Good Customer service

Staff was great but Erik was really wonderful. My husband has dementia and was looking for a type of bike he could ride since he has lost some balance due to the dementia. Erik was so kind and patient with him, and with his expertise, was able to get my husband into a recumbent bike that met his needs but is safe.
