Bike Mart is hands down the only place I’ll ever take my bike. The team there has earned my complete trust — they’re knowledgeable, professional, and truly care about every detail. Eric, the manager, is absolutely incredible. He’s always spot on, pays attention to even the smallest things, and makes sure everything is perfect before I leave. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in his work and in taking care of customers.

I like that I was taken care of when I went into the shop. Bought a bike online and thought I would just pick it up and go. I was given help with adjustments on the bike and walked through how to ride it. They put a water bottle and bike tool kit on for me before I left.
