Quick friendly service
Tom was great! I didn’t know anything about bikes for kids and wanted to get one for our two year old and didn’t know where to start. Tom explained how the bike worked and would grow with our kid, along with advice on how to get started and coach her. He was attentive but didn’t hover, and even gave us space when she tried out the bike to not make her nervous! We weren’t planning on buying a bike that day but he sold us on it and we’re excited to try it out!
