Great store, great service. I just moved from Dallas, near White Rock Lake where I was a long time customer at Bike Mart WRL, I moved to Fort Worth. When I walked into Bike Mart Trailhead, Eric, the manager recognized me right away! After catching up for a few minutes I asked him about the trail and he gave me the scoop on the options heading out each direction. Unfortunately, I took a spill on the trail and needed both medical attention for my left elbow and a bike doctor for Dark Angel, (my bike). Eric took the bike into the shop immediately where Kelly got right to work diagnosing the issue while Eric told me to go look after my arm. It’s good to know that I was immediately recognized and treated like a VIP (who doesn’t?), and that I received the same level of service at either location. Great service, great people, great shop!

Erik was very knowledgeable and incredibly patient and kind to my 14 year old son who was there to upgrade his bike. He answered all of the questions we had and made great recommendations. Thank you!

Customer service.

My wife just did some online search looking for bike shops and found that you guys carried some of the brands we were interested in and had a branch a reasonable distance from us. So we thought we'd give you a try. When we got there, though, we found it to be a cool location, right on a great bike trail, perfect for trying out different models. The was super friendly and helpful, and we had a great experience.
