Staff was great but Erik was really wonderful. My husband has dementia and was looking for a type of bike he could ride since he has lost some balance due to the dementia. Erik was so kind and patient with him, and with his expertise, was able to get my husband into a recumbent bike that met his needs but is safe.

Once again Aubrey did not disappoint. Excellent service by a fine mechanic.

Ordered a bike and had it delivered to and assembled by bike mart. They Quick pick up and the gents helped me pick out a nice bike lock to go with it. In and out and pleasant experience overall.

They got my son all fixed up with his specialized balance bike! I didn’t want foam tires and they said no big deal, they swapped out the foam with rubber tires and the kid was off! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Erik Jones and the team at Bike Mart Fort Worth - Clearfork at the Trailhead are super friendly and very knowledgable. If you've been in their store more than once, they'll likely greet you by name. If they don't have what you need in stock, they'll order it for you and have it in no time. I'd recommend them to all cyclists, no matter your experience level.

I thought that the work on the bike was excellent, but when I brought the bike in for service they initially told me it would take 5 days, then when they put it in the system they changed that to 8 days and then when they called me to tell me it was ready it actually took 10 days - DOUBLE the time they told me when I first asked about which I wasn't pleased. Then when I called before coming asking them to bring it out from an upstairs attic area, the guy who said he would get it for me got "busy talking" to someone else so I had to wait longer for someone to retrieve it upstairs.

Great variety of products and services. We were able to find a bike for everyone in the family, as well as safety equipment and service for my bike. Everyone was so helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help us get everything and even install lights, kickstands, and new saddles! What we couldn't find in the store only took a few days to get. Very convenient!

Convenience and service

Everything was great. My only issue is that I don't love saying I went to 'Bike Mart' to buy a bike. It just doesn't sound cool. But - the service and products are great. My son loves his bike and I know it'll last for years :)
