I didn't buy my bike at a Trek store, yet Wes and his co-workers couldn't have been more helpful to get me what I needed (e.g. seat adjustment, bar ends, etc.) Wes even went way out of his way to research my outdated bike rack to help me with the installation. I highly recommend this store. These days it's rare to find service of this caliber. Many thanks to Wes and the team at the Issaquah shop.

I love my Trek bicycles. I own 3 of them and they’ve been very reliable and fun to ride. I wanted new tires since I brought 1 of my bikes from California to Utah. The Trek Bicycle Heber City showed me some tires with more treads that would be more appropriate for the Heber City roads. I took it for a ride and the tires really made a difference. The team at Trek Bicycle Heber City was very friendly and pleasant to work with. The service was fast and satisfactory. I will definitely be doing more business with them.

The staff at Trek North County are welcoming and knowledgeable. They will make sure to greet you and offer their help but they are not pushy will give you time and space to look around yourselves. If you do take their help (which I recommend you do) they're happy to help you find the right bike and fit for you and answer any questions. I'm just getting into cycling and I'm happy to have this shop to go to for service and help.
