My carpets look like new. I've been reluctant to have them cleaned previously because I know the shampoo breaks down the carpet, so the zero residue ad caused me to try this and I'm very pleased. The technicians were very professional and made me feel that they really knew the product.
Our technician, Ray, was so enjoyable to deal with. As some of our stains were several months to a couple years old, I didn't have high expectations. Ray was very knowledgeable about your product and assured me he would do his best. Many stains DID come out and the "set in" ones seemed to lighten a bit. I loved the fact that the carpet was not thoroughly soaked and the drying time was so much quicker. Also, the carpet didn't have that "stiff, bristly" feel after the cleaning. I would highly recommend your company to my friends. I'm so thankful you found a market in Omaha!
