We had a place in our living room that we had to have professionally patched with carpet out of our closet. It was our white spot, we called it. After cleaning we cannot find the spot. The other carpet cleaned up that well.

Arrival in a very timely manner. Completely informed ahead of starting the project of what was to be done and expectations following including keeping me informed of the costs being incurred. Provided good demonstration of stain care and prevention. And mostly the zero residue implications to the carpet. Funny story - I have three cats and all of the problem spots responded well. But when the drying was completed and I let the kitties out on the carpet - they completely appreciated the end result - sniffing, rolling around, and even falling asleep on the floor. Travis and Doug did a great job cleaning our carpet, tile, and grout. They showed up on time, worked very efficiently, and were very knowledgable and professional. The technology they use is great-no chemicals or bad smelling cleaners! The previous owner of our house had a pet and now you can't even tell. I was very impressed with their grout cleaning, as well. I was shocked when they showed me a small area of the floor when they started and discovered that my grout was actually supposed to be white (I thought it was tan). All of our floors look like new. They even gave me cleaner to use for any future spills that may occur. I will definitely be using their services in the future!
