The Technicians (Rey and Travis) were on time and called in advance as was promised when I made the appointment. Rey and Travis were very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Rey took the time to explain what Zerorez was all about and what they were going to do and took the time to answer any questions that I had. I learned a lot about carpet that I didn't know before. There was no pressure to purchase any extra services. My carpets look amazing. I won't use anyone else to clean my carpets.
The service men who arrived to clean our carpets were very friendly and ready to work. They were timely in the work and my carpets have not looked so good since we had them lay new carpet. Guys were super nice and explained everything to us. Loved the way my carpets turned out. I have had past company's come and they have always had to come back the following day because it wasn't done correctly. Very professional technicians doing the work, explained as they went along, worked quickly. We left with them and will not go back into the house till Thursday morning to check their work . Will readvise you at that time.

I also had stairs leading to my basement that Stanley Steamer did about 5 years ago and really never got them clean. I even had them come back because I was not happy. Even after they came back out it really never looked clean. After the guys did my house this time, the same carpet on stairs no exaggeration, looks new. Every time I go to my basement I'm amazed at how clean they got it. I will be recommending them to anyone I talk to about carpet cleaning.

The use of NO soap, fresh clean smell. Communication as to arrival time. Technician seemed to know the product and explained it well.

The cleaner came in did the job and the carpets were clean and not sticky afterwards. I will use them again for the rest of the house.
The water and cleaning supplies were in the van with the vacuum. The dirty water was taken away. The tech was very nice and thoughtful. Gave me tips on how best to completely air dry the carpet with the temperature and humidity of the day and the carpet, it smelled so clean.

Our technician, Ray, was so enjoyable to deal with. As some of our stains were several months to a couple years old, I didn't have high expectations. Ray was very knowledgeable about your product and assured me he would do his best. Many stains DID come out and the "set in" ones seemed to lighten a bit. I loved the fact that the carpet was not thoroughly soaked and the drying time was so much quicker. Also, the carpet didn't have that "stiff, bristly" feel after the cleaning. I would highly recommend your company to my friends. I'm so thankful you found a market in Omaha!
