Job well done. He was a hard worker and very professional. The carpet looks very nice. One thing kind of bothered me though. The carpet was left pretty wet and I wondered what it might do to the carpet padding and floor. It took overnight for most of it to dry.

The technicians called about half an hour prior to the time they would arrive and then arrived at the time they stated, did the work quickly and competently, and were friendly and helpful. They were great and I would use their services again.
Ray was so knowledgable about carpet, pad, pet stains. He was amazing. We have 3 dogs. One 14 year old male who marked one bedroom repeatedly. The carpet is blue and due to his "marking" it was about 1/2 covered with yellow stains. Ray got ALL OF THEM OUT. ALL OF THEM! He spend time with me talking about products and how to clean (and NOT clean) pet stains. Just what I learned from him was worth the price. Two of our dogs are quite old and Ray saved the carpet. We can now wait to replace it. Thanks Ray.
